And finally our long awaited holidays are here. woots! And finally i'm updating my blog. double woots! lol.The rv dancers went to celebrate dawn's and jinghui's birthday at cineleisure yesterday. It was like dinners we used to have in the past. Jokes, stupid stuff, laughter.. i really miss them all. How we usually fooled around after dance practices.. Gosh i wish we can travel back in time. We ate at this hong kong cafe at cine. Zijia, me,wanleng, eunice goh, dawn and junkai sat at one table. All of us were so amused by eunice's lame stuff. Like the different reactions that different type of artistes will display when they eat something nice. Freaking lame but funny. I'm very tempted to upload the video but it'll be very bad. So better not. Toke group photos along the orchard road and presented our presents to them. We attempted to make them cry. It was quite a successful attempt. Haha we are sick in the mind. Almost everyone were going to sleep over at dawn's house. I couldn't go=(( but nevertheless took the same bus as them. And i must say the bus trip was quite eventful. With some random auntie calling us brainless and zijia scolding her. Haha, i had fun. I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really miss dancers alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot alot. The thing we have is really special and i don't ever want to forget about or forsake it. You can't duplicate it. Finished my Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman today. Turns out to be quite nice. I was quite emo after reading it. It makes me feel that my life is just so boring. But oh well, it's a fantasy book. Can't really expect my life to be like how it is in the book. Now i'm addicted to reading for the june holidays. My blocks are so screwed. And i added alot, and i do mean alot more bruises to my collection. New personal record.

Currently in the school computer lab, waiting for huang cheng briefing to start and then i will have to got for rehearsal.MY HANDPHONE DIED=( Very depressed now. I realised that i can't survive without a handphone. I can't contact anyone, so lost=(. I wouldn't have ended up in the computer lab if i have my handphone with me. I hope i can get a new handphone asap, end my suffering. My birthday 2008 It was quite interesting. Eunice goh smsed me the day before that she wants to meet me on sunday morning to collect money for the aristal tix and talk to me. Suspected something but decided not to have my hopes too high. Met her at yewtee mrt station, she was damn emo. Said that she quarrelled.I believed her and emo-ed with her too. Then she lured me to the macs and viola, everyone's there. Sang b'dae song to me. Very aa. In the middle of the mac somemore, on a family day. So yup, i became the centre of attention. And then we had a wonderful time eating breakfast. Though it wasn't very long but it was nice.=) Love you guys loads. And i spent the rest of the day buying b'dae presents for others. How nice. Valerie told me to binge. I decided not to. Lol. And our class did not manage to get dance night tix. Very sad. And i had to inform the rv dancers about this piece of grave news.=( Sigh. Guess i'll see them on the night of aristal. Miss them alot. Junkai owes me my b'dae present.

Hey!!! Don't crap okay. My blog may not be very happening but it's still alive, though barely. The week was pretty busy with 4 tests and dance night coming up so couldn't find time to blog. Here's what i think of my tests=>Chem test= not bad. Physics test= ok la... Math test= gg but surprisingly, it's ok!! Econs test= sigh..... haha. so overall i can proudly say that, under the circumstances of zero SERIOUS mugging, i think i did pretty well=D Went to watch choir concert last night. One word to describe=> IMBA. They sounded as if the whole thing was pre-recorded. I was very impressed with them. Hope that our dance night will turn out as impressive as them. 1 week to go. And i really liked our talk during the pre-choir concert dinner.=) happy b'dae to me=)

please let us hold on together.Posted by me:) at 9:17 PM
They say:you feel lonelier in a room full of people than when you are alone in the room. I'm sorry that things turn out this way and i'm sorry i can't be there for you always. But i want to let you know that if you need someone to talk to, there's always me. I truly hope you can find happiness... The most powerful love is friendship. Though we drifted apart in distance I still think of you as being right here. And although we have many new friends, it is our friendship that means the most to me.

Hey!!! It's SHUTDOWN DAY tmr( 3 may 2008)!It is obvious that without computers we would find our life extremely difficult, maybe even impossible. If they disappeared for just one day, would we be able to cope? Be part of one of the biggest global experiments ever to take place on the Internet. The idea behind Shutdown Day is to find out how many people can go without a computer for one whole day, and what will happen if we all participate! Mission Shutdown Day is a non-profit organization registered in the province of Quebec, Canada. Shutdown Day was founded with the sole purpose of spreading awareness about the pitfalls and dangers that lie in the excessive use of television, computers, and computing equipment like game boxes, cell phones, music players, online social websites, etc. that impinge on social space and interaction amongst our communities. Shutdown Day also aims to partner with other like-minded organizations in promoting sustainable development, especially in the area of social behavior relating to the effects modern technology. Shutdown Day is a Global Internet Experiment whose purpose is to get people to think about how their lives have changed with the increasing use of the home computer, and whether or not any good things are being lost because of this. The idea of Shutdown Day project is simple - just shutdown your computer for one whole day of the year and involve yourself in some other activities: outdoors, nature, sports, fun stuff with friends and family - whatever, just to remind yourself that there still exists a world outside your monitor screen. History Shutdown Day started off in early 2007, when Denis Bystrov, a computer programmer living in Montreal, Canada, realized that he spends too much time with his computer and wants one day to spend entirely with his family. Denis then teamed up with his friends Michael Taylor, a former trade floor occupant in stock markets in London, England and David Bridle, a part time film maker from Cardiff, Wales, to throw up a challenge on the Internet, through the website, called shutdownday.org The idea was simple: "Do you think you can stay away from your computers for at least 24 hours a day, and if yes, can you pledge to do so?" What began as an innocent question, fire-balled into a mammoth Internet chain reaction, drawing millions of viewers from across the world. Here is a summary of the results from the Shutdown Day 2007 campaign: The Shutdown Day website received more than 1.6 million visitors in the one month of the campaign. More than 65,000 people participated in the campaign by actually shutting down their computers for 24 hours on the 24th of March, 2007. Shutdown Day promotional clip was broadcast on YouTube and received more than 1.1 million hits. 450,000 visitors signed up for country locator on Shutdown Day website. The idea of Shutdown Day featured on more than 200,000 online forums discussions, and also in television interviews, and popular media, including Globe and Mail, CNN, Fox News and TV5. Later in 2007, as Denis was discussing the future of Shutdown Day with another friend, Ashutosh Rajekar, also a career software developer and first hand victim of excessive use of computer technology, he realized that both had some interesting ideas to share regarding the future direction of Shutdown Day. Eventually, both Denis and Ashutosh decided to team up to register as a non-profit organization in the province of Quebec. Now Denis and Ashutosh, assisted by a few close fiends and hundreds of volunteers from different countries, aim to make the Shutdown Day project a success, and help people realize that outside computer screen there is indeed a beautiful world to be enjoyed. http://www.shutdownday.org/ Actually i think for a complete shutdown, please refrain from using all electronic devices( e.g. handphones, i-pods, psp, tv etc) Enjoy the nature for a day!!!
Okay for a proper post now. A random someone just reminded me to blog about our outing today, which happens to be me treating him ice-cream at Island Creamery. Yay i know how to spell Island Creamery. Wangyi you should so read this! haha. And now he says i can't niao him or else.... But i decide that i should just dao his threats. Hehe So... Before heading towards IC, he said he wanted to return a book to his junior. He claimed that he might not recognise his junior who's short. Guess what?! Turns out that his junior is taller than him!! I had a good laugh. =D LOL Then at IC, we bought a tub of teh tarik. My very first island creamery ice-cream. =) But i forgot to take a picture of it=((.Never mind, there shall be next times.=P Oh I must announce that And we had an intellectual discussion about me being man or girlish. It was a tough match. We came to a consensus that I'm boyish. Muahaha. I'm not girlish nor am i man. LOL Once again, he requested me to send him to his bus stop. Seriously, i think i'm the guy and he's the girl la. But of course, being so intellectual, i had a better idea.* bulb lights up above head* Yup, i think my idea rocked. Win- win situation. =D So tt ends our session of spoon breaking and ice cream flicking. 2 things i learnt today: 1. Loitering is against the school rules? I'm so dead after this post |
